De Clercq Media Group develops creative concepts to help you grow your business. These concepts may be digital, and tangible or they can just be a fully immersive experience. It all depends on your goals! Whatever it is, we have a standard way of doing things where we take you by the hand and guide you through the process.
Phase one: Imagine - The Brown paper session
At first contact, we pick and day and time for us to meet and talk. This often goes together with a lunch or a good cup of coffee.
A brown paper session allows both of us to see if we are a good fit for each other.
We briefly talk about you and mostly about your business. We always ask how you started and what brought you to where your business currently is.
It gives us an idea of the things you’ve done and what type of business owner you are.
Armed with all this information, we move to phase two: The brainstorming session.
Phase two: Design - We brainstorm and pick ideas.
During phase two, we brainstorm. My team and I throw ideas back and forth. We look at them from every angle possible and shoot at every idea.
Some ideas will immediately fall and others will stand strong. We take the best ideas and pitch them to you. Sometimes in a simple conversation and sometimes with a whole storyline, mock-ups, and imagery. It depends on the concept we came up with. Next; Where the magic happens!
Phase three: Build - Where the magic happens
During this phase, we convert our mock-ups into functioning prototypes, go back and forth with you on the details, and check every part of the design for web or print.
We also test every function we develop for online representation and configure ad campaigns and other strategies to reach your goal. It always takes some time to bring your Brand Identity and your Brand Image together into one cohesive product that leaves a lasting impression on your target audience.
On occasion, it can also be that we don’t develop concepts to use as tools to grow your business. We sometimes step in as consultants to find where the issues within your business are and we improve or replace the systems you already have in place.
Phase four: Launch - We produce results
After taking you by the hand and guiding you through every step of the process, we arrive at the most important step: Going live and producing results.
During this time, we receive data by using technology that allows us to track visitors and their activities. With this data, we fine tune to produce even better result.
